The App is used to manage beneficiary records, field operations, payments, and related administrative activities. Depending on how the App is used, it may collect the following categories of information:

1.1 Account Information

  • Username and password used to sign in.
  • User profile details such as name, role, and contact information.
  • Profile images if a user chooses to upload them.

1.2 Beneficiary and Field Data

  • Beneficiary details such as farmer name, address, NIC number, phone number, gender, and location-related administrative divisions.
  • Household, herd, milk production, income, infrastructure, irrigation, veterinary, and development-related survey data entered through the App.
  • Farm coordinates, GPS points, and other location-linked field records captured during data collection.

1.3 Operational Records

  • Tasks, jobs, payments, settlements, expenses, investments, and salary-related records managed in the App.
  • Images and receipt files uploaded for operational documentation.
  • Receipt printing configuration such as paired Bluetooth printer name and address on supported Android devices.

2. Device Permissions and Local Storage

2.1 Location

The App may request access to precise location while in use so field users can capture GPS points, record farm coordinates, and support map-based workflows.

2.2 Camera and Photos

The App may request access to the camera and photo library so users can capture and attach images for beneficiary, payment, expense, and field records.

2.3 Bluetooth

On supported Android devices, the App may request Bluetooth permissions to discover, connect to, and use paired printers for receipt printing.

2.4 Local Storage

The App stores certain data locally on the device to support sign-in state, offline work, draft beneficiary records, and saved printer configuration.

3. How We Use Information

  • To authenticate users and manage access based on user roles.
  • To create, save, sync, and manage beneficiary and operational records.
  • To capture and display map locations and weather-related context for field activities.
  • To upload supporting images and documents associated with records.
  • To generate and print receipts where printing is enabled.
  • To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the App.

4. Sharing and Third-Party Services

Information may be processed through service providers and infrastructure used by the App to deliver its functionality. Based on the current implementation, this includes services such as:

We do not sell personal information collected through the App.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed for operational, administrative, legal, or reporting purposes. Local device storage may continue to hold drafts, session data, or configuration data until it is removed by the App or the device user.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Choices

  • You may decline optional permissions, although some features may no longer work correctly.
  • You may request corrections to inaccurate beneficiary or account information through your organization or system administrator.
  • You may remove the App from your device, but records already synchronized to backend systems may remain retained under operational requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for organizational and field operations and is not directed to children for personal use.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the policy URL and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
